Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Objective:

To help drive the digital marketing and overall marketing strategy within the group, this role will involve planning and running all digital marketing campaigns across ISN Europe and seek to capitalise on new digital opportunities to expand market presence and growth as well as utilising and supporting traditional digital channels. From day-to-day planning, SEO friendly content creation, store management through to analysis and reporting, the role will have the ability to directly influence the marketing activities of ISN and be responsible for the execution of digital marketing channels and the overall success of the business.

Scope and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for but not limited to completing the following:

• Learning about/understanding the products and services the company sells and the markets it sells into in order to be able to contribute fully to the marketing effort.
• Building a rapport with key members of the team, which encourages a flow of information which can be developed into Social Media posts/blogs.
• Planning digital marketing campaigns alongside Head of Marketing to align with traditional marketing activities.
• Writing and posting/sending regular blogs and emails linked to campaigns.
• Ownership of group social schedule and social channel updates in line with marketing objective and campaigns.
• Creation and execution of email and SMS marketing activities as & where appropriate to marketing campaigns, including planned and ad-hoc offers.
• Completing current keyword research to guide overall group digital activity.
• Monitoring of on-site SEO and executing actions to improve.
• Unique content creation to support SEO across all group companies including category, product and blog content, possibly including some basic graphic design work.
• Helping to execute and monitor paid ad strategy across multiple channels (social, Google Ad’s, Bing Ad’s etc.) and monitoring the success.
• Monitoring, recording and presentation of digital attribution stats, as well as giving recommendations based on findings.
• Updating and controlling the image library.
• Keep up to date with competitor research and report back appropriately.

There will also be an opportunity to develop:

• Deeper knowledge of paid advertising platforms to contribute towards monthly adjustments.
• Work with advanced paid tools like UberSuggest, CrazyEgg, Mailchimp, TextMarketer as well as standard Google, Bing and other tools to keep marketing calendar and handle advanced reporting/ tracking.
• Integration, honing the sales funnel, remarketing, and cross pollination of sales leads.
• A wider knowledge of the Group’s more traditional marketing activities in order to become more rounded in your marketing skill-set.

Requirements of the role:

Essential:
• Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
• Good command of written English – this role will require the post holder to produce a considerable volume of written content, from social media posts, to emails and blogs
• Experience of using multiple Social Media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) for marketing support
• Can-do attitude, with an out-going, positive approach
• Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
Good to have:
• A working knowledge of a content management system such as WordPress, as well as social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
• Some marketing experience
• Some experience of working on Search Engine Optimisation
• Mechanically minded
• A broad interest in the automotive world and the development of vehicle technology

Location:

Location is flexible although it is expected this person will use the ISN head offices just outside the beautiful village of Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire as their primary base. A certain amount of travel to other UK locations will be required, and possibly also overseas.
Home or flexible working is possible also as agreed with your line manager.

Role:

We are seeking a talented Distribution/Operations Manager to help facilitate our next stage of business growth. We’re already experiencing a high level of growth and through this is newly created role, the business needs to create a best practice distribution/warehousing capability for a multi-brand, multi-route to market business model. It’s essential that you’re “hands on” – because you recognise the power and importance of leading from the front and leading by example.

You will lead and manage the day-to-day activities of our warehouse/hub with line management responsibility for team of 15+. You’ll actively develop your colleagues by working alongside, mentoring and motivating each member of your team. You’ll have responsibility for effective planning of resources, maintaining standards of the health and safety policy, hygiene policies and full site security. You’ll develop and run best practice and improvement projects for the warehouse management systems. We’ll also expect you to provide effective reporting of our KPIs; stock reports monitoring slow moving stock; to plan, arrange and control stock take; and to work with Sales and Purchasing to optimise value in the supply chain.

• A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background.

Head of Sales

This is a newly created role is wholly responsible for the sales office operation within our Norwich HQ; managing a team of outbound sales associates, customer retention specialists and our field sales team. As the business moves forward, we are investing in new technology and processes, and ensuring our strong team culture is sustained and improved upon. If change is needed you will deliver it with the full backing of your Director, who plays a key role in devising strategy and working with you to implement it. You will be the glue that binds/connects our sales capability with our Customers, Suppliers, Directors and other Board members. Better Together!

This is a role where you are managing what is currently in place but transitioning the team towards a proactive sales-focused environment.

As an individual, you will ideally have had similar experience of managing a sales office/customer service operation and be able to prove how you’ve had a positive impact on businesses you’ve worked for previously.
You should also be confident in your own ability and experience to be able to suggest changes and see through their implementation. (but not change for change’s sake). You will not need to rewrite the script in this role as a great deal of work has already been done and the business has a clear vision of where it wants to be in the future and has laid those foundations. You’ll build trusted and effective relationships with each member of your team to ensure that you are both getting the best from the relationship. You’ll support your team with coaching and performance management techniques to help get the best performance and outputs from them. You’ll host one to one meetings with the team to ensure they feel properly supported and also conduct performance reviews with them regularly and provide them with informative and evidenced feedback to help them improve and progress. You’ll be able to motivate the team through periods of high volume and demands from Customers who are often themselves under pressure.

Emissions Engineer (Garage Equipment) | Hofmann Megaplan 

Hofmann Megaplan are looking for an engineer to join our rapidly expanding operations in the UK.

The role will focus mainly on emissions testing equipment and so the ideal candidate should have experience in this area of garage equipment.

This exciting role will see you working closely with our ATL/MOT division on the supply, servicing and calibration of the latest emissions testing equipment.

With an enviable track record, both in the UK and across Europe, our vehicle gas analysers deliver petrol and diesel testing to the highest standards. Successful candidates will share this drive of quality in both the products they install and the service they offer on behalf of Hofmann Megaplan.

There will be a requirement to regularly visit our offices and National Distribution Centre based in Kimbolton (Cambridgeshire) and Ramsey (Cambridgeshire) respectively.

Exposure working with Brain Bee emissions testing systems is preferred but not essential.
